Responsibilities:

What You Will Do Manage Month-End Close:

Prepare and post journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and general ledger accounts to ensure accurate and timely monthly closes.

Accounts & Ledger Maintenance:

Oversee Accounts Payable and Receivable functions, monitor cash flow, and maintain accurate transaction records.

Financial Reporting:

Assist in preparing financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and variance analysis for leadership.

Compliance & Audits:

Support annual audits, tax filings, and internal controls testing to keep us fully compliant with GAAP.

Process Improvement:

Identify bottlenecks in our accounting workflows and propose automated, efficient solutions.

Working hours:

8:00 AM - 5:00

PM Skills:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance strongly preferred.

Bonus:

CPA license or CPA candidate status is a plus.

Technical Skills:
