Growing industrial services company is seeking a highly organized, technology focused Senior Accounting Manager with strong technical accounting experience. The ideal candidate will be a CPA with hands on Percentage of Completion and WIP experience and a strong interest in using AI and technology to improve accounting processes and reporting. Responsibilities Manage month end and year end close Prepare and review financial statements and management reports Oversee Percentage of Completion accounting and WIP schedules Review project costs, estimates to complete, revenue recognition, and profitability Maintain accurate reconciliations and general ledger activity Support budgeting, forecasting, and audit activities Partner with operations and project management teams Improve accounting processes through AI, automation, and technology Support the Controller with accounting projects and initiatives Qualifications CPA required 7+ years of progressive accounting experience Percentage of Completion experience required WIP accounting experience required Strong GAAP and financial reporting knowledge Proficient with AI tools and accounting technology Advanced Excel and ERP system experience Extremely organized with strong attention to detail Strong analytical and communication skills

Pay:

$110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
