Job Description
To maintain the Company's accounts. QuickBooks hands-on experience is a must. Understand basic accounting concepts. Understand and operate ADP or similar payroll software. Be able to communicate the Bank and calculate bank covenants and reconcile bank account. Interface with CPA at year-end to produce the final accounts and tax return. Produce weekly cashflow for the owner's review. Use excel proficiently. Proficient in general office procedures. Can work in an all-male environment. Needs to be a self-starter and work unsupervised (after probation) Must live within 20 miles of Waller, Texas.
