About the Role ES Solar is looking for a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our Accounting team. This person will handle day-to-day transaction processing, support month-end reconciliations, and help manage our Ramp expense platform. We're looking for someone thorough, accurate, and trustworthy, with strong bookkeeping fundamentals and a willingness to take ownership of daily accounting tasks. What You'll Do Process transactions, issue checks, and maintain ledgers and budgets Assist with month-end account reconciliations Support administration of the company's Ramp program for expense and card management Assist with funding coordination for customer jobs alongside financing partners Help prepare financial reports under the guidance of senior accounting staff Assist with audits, fact-checking, and resolving discrepancies Handle routine communications with clients, vendors, and finance partners via phone and email What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred 1-3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience Proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks; NetSuite experience a plus Familiarity with Ramp or a similar expense management platform a plus Solid understanding of basic accounting principles Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Professional manner and a strong ethical code Benefits Medical / dental / vision PTO / holidays — 2 weeks PTO and 8 paid holidays

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
