About Us We are:

A diverse, growing accounting firm that supports small businesses, nonprofits, and federal contractors. Passionate about helping our accountants grow through mentorship and multi-industry exposure. A team of learners who provide full-spectrum accounting services including GL, AP, AR, payroll, FP&A, and CFO-level support. Responsibilities Perform monthly close for multiple clients across industries Create and reconcile balance sheet accounts Manage day-to-day accounting tasks including AP, AR, and payroll Prepare and post journal entries and supporting analyses Assist clients with year-end audits and tax preparation Help prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements Respond to client needs and work on ad hoc projects Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting 1+ years of accounting experience QuickBooks Desktop/Online experience required; Unanet or Sage Intacct a plus Strong MS Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUPs, PivotTables) Clear written and verbal communication Highly accurate, organized, and detail-oriented Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a team-first attitude Comfortable working independently on project-based assignments CPA path is a plus What We OfferGrowth & Culture Tremendous opportunity for career development Direct access to leadership and mentorship A voice in shaping processes—your ideas matter Hybrid work environment (2 days/week in-office) Casual, yet professional and high-performing culture

Compensation & Benefits Salary:
