Job Description

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Staff Accountant to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone with strong accounting knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional client service. Opening is currently for part time with potential to move to full time as candidate and firm grow. Responsibilities Perform bookkeeping using QuickBooks (Desktop and/or online). Reconcile bank and credit card accounts. Assist with the preparation of income tax returns. Communicate professionally with clients regarding accounting and tax matters. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations. Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in accounting (preferred). Proficiency in QuickBooks (Desktop and/or online) is required. Experience with tax preparation is a plus, but willing to train right candidate. Strong computer, organizational, and analytical skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong communication and customer service skills

Pay:

$24.00 - $26.00 per hour
