This role offers a collaborative, positive work environment, a strong benefits package, and room for professional growth. This position offers the opportunity for a hybrid schedule after the training period, with 1-2 remote workdays per week.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and review accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions Ensure timely payment collections and disbursements Assist with monthly financial reports and month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes Prepare account reconciliations and journal entries Support ad hoc reporting and special projects as needed

Qualifications:

3+ years of related accounting experience Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business management preferred Additional financial or accounts receivable experience may be considered in place of a degree Strong Microsoft Office skills with advanced Excel knowledge, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables Experience with macros or process automation is a plus Positive attitude, strong collaboration skills, and attention to detail

Compensation and Benefits:
