Target Compensation:
$75,000 - $85,000 Key Responsibilities for the
Senior Accountant:
Support month-end close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting support. Manage accounting related to property acquisitions, dispositions, and new lease entries. Track and maintain depreciation schedules and related accounting activities. Analyze financial information and ensure accuracy of general ledger accounts. Support ongoing process improvements and special projects within the accounting team. Qualifications for the
Senior Accountant:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required. 3-5 years of accounting experience with strong month-end close and reconciliation responsibilities. Experience preparing journal entries and managing general ledger activities.
