Target Compensation:
$75,000 - $90,000 Key Responsibilities for the
Tax Accountant:
Prepare and review tax returns for a diverse portfolio of individual and business clients. Serve as the primary contact for an established client base of approximately 300 accounts. Research and resolve complex tax issues while providing exceptional client service. Assist in the growth of the firm's bookkeeping and outsourced accounting services. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and support overall client success. Qualifications for the
Tax Accountant:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred; Associate degree candidates with relevant experience will also be considered. CPA preferred; EA designation required for non-CPA candidates as part of long-term development. 2-3+ years of public accounting tax preparation experience.
