Gilbert, AZ Job Details Contract $21.07 an hour 17 hours ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Manages blanket purchase orders for Emergency Management, processes/approves invoices for payment, and monitors purchase orders for balances. Responds to inquiries from internal and external customers in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate information and/or direction to the proper resources Validating bank deposits by verifying accounting string information, reconciling amounts received and amounts to be deposited, and ensuring protection of funds until delivered to the appropriate person/entity Provides oversight of the customer service reception desk which includes but is not limited to: mail and courier services, scheduling meeting rooms and vehicle service; answering main telephone line for department. Experience Required 3 years accounting experience
