NH&A provides cost-effective solutions including antivirus, firewall, intrusion prevention, and other computer security solutions. The Sales and Accounting Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in North Palm Beach, FL. This role supports both sales operations and accounting activities, including preparing quotes, invoices, tracking orders, and maintaining accurate customer and vendor records and notes. The position will do payment processing, reconciliation of accounts, using mostly QuickBooks. Daily responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, working with vendors and internal staff, and working with the CFO to assist with other accounting functions. Training will be provided.

Qualifications & Responsibilities:

. Maintain records using QuickBooks(required) and Excel (required). Organized, efficient, and self-motivated with strong communication skills. Sales and accounting experience preferred. Bilingual fluency (English & Spanish) preferred. Interest or background in networking and cybersecurity technologies a plus.
