POSITION SUMMARY

Accounting Administrators at OneWater are passionate about delighting customers as well as supporting the Accounting Team. This is a Remote position, work from Home.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Enters vendor cards for all locations, ensuring the provided information is accurate Provides administrative support services for the accounting team as needed. Effectively supports all team members to ensure a professional work environment. Maintains office supplies and works on special projects as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

Exhibits a positive and energetic appearance in the work environment that contributes to the accounting team members' objectives. Proves reliability and discipline by following all time keeping rules. Customer satisfaction, both internal and external. Preserves the professional image of the dealership through organization. Positive interaction with all team members. Administrative and computer knowledge.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another Communicating with others to exchange information Assessing the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of the work assigned Hearing Talking Seeing Eye/Hand/Foot Coordination Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing Light work that includes moving objects up to 20 pounds This position operates exclusively in an indoor office environment with controlled temperatures.
