Type:

full-time Corporate Accounting Supervisor (43078) Our client is an innovative, global organization, seeking an experienced Corporate Accounting Supervisor to join its growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on accounting professional who enjoys leading others, improving processes, and contributing within a collaborative, forward-thinking organization! Responsibilities:

Oversee key areas of the month-end close, including journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and financial reporting. Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses in accordance with GAAP. Support corporate accounting activities across multiple entities, including consolidations and intercompany transactions. Strengthen internal controls, improve accounting processes, and identify opportunities for automation and greater efficiency. Partner cross-functionally with Finance and other business leaders to resolve accounting matters and support organizational initiatives. Assist with external audits, technical accounting matters, and special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field. 5+ years of progressive corporate accounting or public accounting experience. Previous supervisory, team leadership, or mentoring experience preferred. Strong knowledge of GAAP, month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial reporting. Experience within a multi-entity or complex corporate environment is a plus. CPA or progress toward certification preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a collaborative, hands-on approach.
