Role:

Our client is seeking an organized and detail-oriented professional to support daily office operations, payroll, accounting, and administrative functions. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a variety of responsibilities and is looking for a long-term career with excellent benefits upon permanent hire.

What You'll Do:

Process weekly payroll, accounts payable, and payroll tax payments. Reconcile QuickBooks, prepare bank deposits, and assist with quarterly tax filings. Maintain financial records and assist with year-end reporting. Coordinate office operations, vendor relationships, and building maintenance. Provide administrative support to leadership and assist with special projects. Ensure accurate documentation while maintaining confidentiality.

What You'll Need:

Experience with payroll, bookkeeping, or office administration. Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access). Knowledge of payroll tax reporting, reconciliations, and general accounting principles. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines. Personable, dependable, and eager to learn, with excellent communication and follow-through. Ability to maintain confidentiality while working independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
