09/17/2026 Job Description Job Description Responsibilities of Office Management/Administrative Assistant Providing general support for all accountants Assisting with document retention, including scanning and the organization of physical and electronic documents accurately Calling clients and scheduling appointments Answer and screen high volume of calls seasonally Manage daily calendar & schedule Maintain files for all current and past clientele Organize and complete tax return documents Mailing, faxing and emailing invoices and statements Maintaining and ordering office supplies Perform office equipment maintenance Occasional preforming janitorial duties (dusting, vacuuming, etc)
