Accounting Operations Lead:
Manage the full Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable cycles. Process vendor invoices, customer invoicing, collections, and payment activities. Reconcile vendor statements, customer accounts, and related general ledger accounts. Prepare month-end accruals, journal entries, and account reconciliations. Support audits and provide detailed financial documentation and analysis. Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve billing, pricing, receiving, and payment discrepancies. Qualifications for the
Accounting Operations Lead:
3+ years of accounting experience with AP, AR, or general accounting responsibilities. Experience managing both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions preferred.
