On-Site The Opportunity We're working with a growing Nashville organization that is looking for an Accounting Supervisor / Accounting Manager to join its team. This could be a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Accountant or Accounting Supervisor who is ready to take the next step into leadership , or for an Accounting Manager who enjoys staying hands-on with the day-to-day accounting work. You'll work closely with senior leadership, support and oversee a small accounting team, and have the opportunity to improve processes, create efficiencies, and make a visible impact as the organization continues to grow. What You'll Be Doing Lead, support, and develop a small accounting team Oversee day-to-day accounting activities and financial processes Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations Support month-end close and financial reporting Assist with payroll and other accounting-related functions Manage vendor payments and related accounting activity Help maintain accurate and timely financial records Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency Strengthen internal controls and accounting procedures Partner with leadership on reporting, analysis, and operational needs What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting Strong general accounting experience, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting Experience leading, mentoring, training, or supervising others Strong Microsoft Excel skills Strong organizational and analytical skills Someone who is comfortable taking ownership and working in a hands-on environment Nice to Have Experience with payroll Experience in inventory, distribution, manufacturing, or a multi-location organization Previous Accounting Supervisor or Accounting Manager experience Why Consider This Role?
