Required Qualifications CPA certification 4+ years of relevant accounting experience Technical accounting experience involving areas such as consolidations and eliminations, stock-based compensation, business combinations, equity instruments, and complex debt transactions SEC reporting experience Big 4 or large public accounting firm experience Responsibilities Research complex accounting matters and provide guidance on the appropriate treatment under U.S. GAAP, while supporting the implementation of new accounting standards and policies. Prepare and review technical accounting entries and reconciliations related to areas such as consolidations, equity transactions, debt, compensation, and acquisition activity. Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, management reporting, and other external reporting requirements. Assist with regulatory filings and financial reporting associated with significant transactions, including acquisitions and other corporate activities. Partner with external auditors and internal stakeholders on quarterly reviews, annual audits, special projects, and other technical accounting initiatives. Why should you apply?
