full-time A leading investment firm is seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor to join its growing team. Reporting directly to the Controller, this role will oversee a lean AP function while gaining strong exposure to senior leadership and the broader Finance organization. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced AP professional to take on leadership responsibilities, maintain hands-on ownership, and grow within a high-quality investment firm offering excellent benefits.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day accounts payable function including invoice processing, approvals, payments, and related workflows Lead and manage a lean AP team while overseeing reconciliations, audit requests, and key performance metrics Support cash flow forecasting and other cash management activities related to accounts payable Maintain hands-on involvement in AP operations while providing leadership, process improvement, and team oversight

Qualifications:

4+ years of accounts payable experience, ideally within a professional services or financial services environment Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field Experience working with AP automation systems and technology Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills Job #50329
