Accounts Receivable Collector Up to $30/hr | Long-Term Contract | Potential for Hybrid Schedule We're partnering with a successful and growing company seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Collector to manage a high-volume B2B portfolio and drive collections performance. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys problem-solving, customer communication, and improving cash flow. Key Responsibilities Manage and collect on a high-volume portfolio of commercial accounts Contact customers via phone and email regarding past-due balances Resolve payment disputes, deductions, short pays, and unapplied cash Maintain accurate account notes and collection records in ERP systems Partner with internal teams to resolve payment issues Meet or exceed collection goals Qualifications 3+ years of B2B Accounts Receivable or commercial collections experience Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel Proven ability to manage a high-volume workload and prioritize effectively Preferred Manufacturing, distribution, or wholesale industry experience Experience with aging reports, deductions, and dispute resolution
