We're a small, ambitious team using a custom-built platform and AI to work smarter, move faster, and scale efficiently. We're looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy professional to take ownership of our billing and payment operations.

YOU'RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU

Have 3+ years of billing, bookkeeping, or accounts receivable experience. Actively use AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot to improve efficiency. Are comfortable with QuickBooks, Xero, Stripe, and spreadsheets. Communicate professionally and confidently about money. Take initiative, solve problems independently, and thrive in a startup environment. Oversee accounts payable, including payments to instructors, host offices, and vendors. Coordinate payroll and maintain accurate financial records. Reconcile payments, monitor overdue accounts, and provide monthly financial reports. Leverage AI and automation to improve accuracy, streamline workflows, and reduce manual work.
