Position Summary:
Your Impact Assist with assigned assurance procedures, including audits, reviews, compilations, and agreed-upon procedures Help reconcile workpapers to trial balance accounts and maintain neat, complete, and organized documentation Learn and apply basic concepts of GAAP, GAAS, and other financial reporting frameworks Assist in determining testing scope, selecting samples, and applying an audit mindset Support the preparation of draft financial statements and help identify potential issues for discussion Manage assigned tasks and workload with guidance from supervisors to meet project deadlines Communicate progress to team members and actively participate in team meetings Begin developing an understanding of client industries and relevant audit considerations Participate in team training sessions, independent learning, and firm events to build skills and knowledge Perform other duties and display flexibility to take on a variety of responsibilities assigned by firm leadership Meet agreed upon targets to fulfill individual performance and overall firm productivity
