• Verify Gage Master and Operation
• Master/Boundary Checklist
• Helps ensure loss of items
• Check Part Tolerance Verification Hourly off the line
• Visuals
• All Control Charts must be done hourly
• Autogauge books-twice a shift and sign that they are completed
• Verify Operators are Performing Proper Inspections (Operational Inspection Plan, OIP)
• Visual checks on parts
• Make sure all red scrap boxes are where they belong and are locked.
• Check on the new people hourly
• Verify parts are packed properly
• Verify travel tickets are filled out properly.

Ensure the heat lot matches what they are running.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED preferred Must be eligible to work in the

United States Physical Requirements:

Must be able to stand for extended periods in a factory environment and possess no restrictions with ergonomics.
