Permanent Required Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Active CPA certification Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance (or higher) 5+ years of accounting, finance, audit, or assurance experience 3+ years leading audit engagements and managing teams Experience managing large, distributed teams in a metrics-driven environment Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Point) Job Description Lead and oversee audit engagements and financial assurance projects Manage, mentor, and evaluate Senior Analysts, Analysts, and Associate Analysts Review audit workpapers, reporting processes, and supporting documentation Identify audit risks, financial anomalies, and potential findings Perform and oversee audit procedures, financial analysis, and data analytics Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, resources, and deliverables Serve as a primary client-facing contact throughout engagements Ensure timely delivery of audit, accounting, and financial reporting work products Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
