Full Job Description Schedule:
Thursday-Saturday, plus every other Wednesday, 6:00 PM-6:00 AM Key Responsibilities Ensure products meet or exceed customer quality specifications. Verify correct product allocation, picking, labeling, packaging, and shipment. Support and oversee Quality Control Inspectors throughout the warehouse. Identify, document, communicate, and correct non-conforming product. Monitor customer rejections and quality trends and communicate findings to the QC team. Work between production and shipping areas to assist with inspections and quality concerns. Report significant quality issues to the Director of Operations. Send quality issue notifications regarding non-compliant products. Help maintain high presentation and packaging standards. Train and support Quality Control Inspectors. Complete additional quality-related projects and assignments as needed. Qualifications Strong English communication skills. At least 6 months of related experience or 1 year of college education . Previous produce or quality inspection experience preferred. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. JDA or NAV experience is preferred. Strong organization, problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to read and use measuring tools such as rulers, scales, and calipers. Must be comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced environment. Working Conditions Refrigerated warehouse environment of approximately 50°F . Ability to stand and walk for an entire shift. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. Must successfully complete required background check, drug screening, and pre-employment testing.
