$18.00 per hour Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Call Auditor to join our team in Papillion, Nebraska! The ideal candidate will review and evaluate phone calls to ensure quality standards, accuracy, and compliance with company procedures. Job Responsibilities Review and audit recorded calls for accuracy and quality. Ensure calls meet established company standards and guidelines. Identify errors, discrepancies, and areas for improvement. Document audit results and maintain accurate records. Provide feedback on call quality and compliance. Maintain confidentiality and handle information professionally. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good verbal and written communication skills. Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Previous call auditing, call center, or quality assurance experience is a plus. Schedule & Pay Full-time employment First shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00
