Responsibilities:

Execute and lead financial, operational, and internal audits Evaluate internal controls and identify process improvement opportunities Assess risk management practices and compliance with policies and regulations Prepare audit reports and present findings to management Assist with the development and execution of annual audit plans Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support audit initiatives and special projects

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 2+ years of audit experience Public accounting experience highly preferred Experience auditing insurance industry clients is strongly preferred CPA required or in progress; CPA designation highly preferred CIA certification is a significant plus Strong knowledge of internal controls, risk assessment, and audit methodologies Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills What's in It for You?
