Responsibilities Manage audit engagements for privately held businesses and not-for-profit organizations, from planning through delivery Review workpapers and financial statements, and develop the seniors and associates on your teams Own client relationships and deliver the level of service clients renew for Contribute to the growth of the assurance practice and the firm What you need 5+ years of audit experience in public accounting, including supervising engagements and reviewing staff work CPA license Strong technical grounding in GAAP and audit methodology A record of strong client relationships and strong relationships with your colleagues What you get $115,000 to $125,000 base salary, depending on experience Full benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off Merit-based advancement, with pay and promotion following performance A defined path to partner at an independent firm
