Job Description

Heroic Home Comfort is a family-owned heating, cooling, heat pump, electrical, insulation, and home-energy business serving Westchester and Putnam Counties. We focus on honest advice, dependable service, clear communication, and careful work in our customers' homes. Join our team in helping local homeowners make their homes comfortable, safe, and efficient. Part-time or full-time opportunities available. Based in Mahopac, NY, serving Westchester and Putnam Counties. Evaluate residential comfort and energy concerns and document useful recommendations for homeowners and the project team.

Responsibilities:

Inspect the home and relevant heating, cooling, insulation, and air-sealing conditions. Perform diagnostic testing within your qualifications and the company's approved scope. Prepare accurate findings and explain recommended next steps. Coordinate audit information with sales and installation teams.

Qualifications:

Relevant home-energy assessment, building-science, or diagnostic experience. Ability to use testing equipment and keep clear, accurate records. Relevant BPI or other credentials are helpful. Compensation:

$50,000-$200,000 in annual earning potential, based on work volume and performance.
