Type:

full-time Assurance Advanced Staff Assurance Services Department (ASD) | 1-5 Years' Experience Role Summary We are seeking an Assurance Advanced Staff member to join our growing Assurance Services Department (ASD). This is an ideal opportunity for an early-career assurance professional with roughly one to five years of experience who is ready to take on greater ownership, sharpen their technical skills, and grow alongside a supportive team. You will work directly on client engagements, collaborate with seniors and managers, and build a strong foundation for a rewarding long-term career in assurance. We invest in our people-if you are motivated and eager to learn, we will help you get there. What You'll Do °Execute assigned sections of audit, review, and compilation engagements across a variety of industries and client sizes. °Perform testing of account balances, transactions, and internal controls, and document work clearly in accordance with firm and professional standards. °Prepare workpapers, financial statement schedules, and supporting documentation for review. °Communicate professionally with clients to gather information, resolve open items, and build trusted relationships. °Collaborate with seniors and managers, escalating issues and sharing observations as engagements progress. °Take increasing ownership of engagement areas as your experience grows, mentoring newer staff along the way. °Stay current on accounting and auditing standards and apply them thoughtfully to client situations. What We're Looking For Approximately 1-5 years of experience in assurance, audit, or a closely related accounting role. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field. Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and a genuine interest in growing your assurance expertise. Strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Clear written and verbal communication skills and a client-service mindset. A collaborative, coachable attitude and eagerness to learn-we can teach motivated people from varied backgrounds. Preferred But Not Required CPA license (or active progress toward it) is a plus-but not required to apply. Prior experience in public accounting is required, a regional accounting firm is preferred. Exposure to a range of industries or engagement types. Familiarity with common audit and accounting software. Why Join Us We are proud of a developmental culture that makes your growth a priority. We know that talent shows up in many forms and from many paths-so we hire for potential and invest in the training, mentorship, and hands-on experience that turn motivated people into outstanding assurance professionals. A genuine mentorship and coaching culture where seniors and managers are invested in your success. Meaningful, varied client work that accelerates your technical and professional development. Support for CPA exam progress and ongoing professional education. A path for advancement with responsibility that grows as you do. A collaborative, respectful team environment and a commitment to work-life balance. How to Apply If you're an early-career assurance professional looking for a firm that will invest in your growth, we'd love to hear from you. Please submit your resume and a brief note about what you're looking for in your next role. Don't meet every preferred qualification? Apply anyway-if you're motivated and ready to learn, we want to talk with you.
