Assurance Senior Manager (Audit Senior Manager) | Sylvania, OH (Toledo area) A senior leadership seat with a real voice in how the practice grows. A well-respected regional CPA and advisory firm is hiring a Assurance Senior Manager (Audit Senior Manager) in the Sylvania area. You'll join a respected team serving a wide range of clients, with the support and visibility to keep building your career. What you'll do:
- Lead audit, review and other assurance engagements from planning through wrap-up
- Build engagement plans, programs and budgets; manage to timeline and profitability
- Own day-to-day client relationships and present findings to client leadership
- Supervise, mentor and develop seniors, staff and interns
- Support business development and new engagement pursuits
- Help shape practice strategy and operations alongside firm leadership What you bring:
- Active CPA license
- About 7+ years of financial audit experience in public accounting, including management
- Proven client-relationship and team-leadership track record Why join:
