Compensation:

$60,000 - $80,000, depending on experience About the Opportunity A well-established regional CPA and advisory firm in the Youngstown and Mahoning Valley area is looking for an Audit Senior to run engagements in its assurance practice. You'll lead fieldwork, work directly with client management, and develop staff, with a clear path to Supervisor and Manager. What You'll Do Plan and run audit, review, and compilation engagements Lead fieldwork and supervise staff on-site and remotely Prepare and review workpapers and financial statements, including disclosures Research technical accounting and auditing issues Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for client management Train and mentor staff and associates Help managers with budgets, timelines, and deliverables What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Accounting 2-5 years of audit experience in public accounting CPA or actively pursuing the CPA Working knowledge of GAAP and GAAS Experience with private company, nonprofit, or employee benefit plan audits a plus Strong communication and client service skills Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines What's Offered Base salary of $60,000 - $80,000, depending on experience Excellent benefits package, including health and retirement benefits Generous PTO and paid holidays Hybrid and flexible scheduling options (details vary by opportunity) Support for CPA licensure and continuing professional education Real opportunities for career advancement How to Apply All applications are handled confidentially through the recruiter.
