Job Summary Mohave Collision Repair is a newer, fast-growing collision repair shop looking to add an experienced Estimator to our team. We're seeking someone who is motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a high-volume environment handling DRP and customer-pay estimates alike. Key Responsibilities Write accurate, detailed estimates for both DRP and non-DRP (retail/private pay) repairs Use CCC ONE to complete all estimate writing, supplements, and documentation Communicate clearly with insurance adjusters, customers, and technicians Ensure jobs move efficiently through the repair process Maintain DRP compliance while also providing excellent customer service on walk-in repairs Support production and administration with clear documentation and follow-up Help us hit cycle time, CSI, and KPI targets Requirements Proven experience writing estimates in a high-volume shop Must be comfortable with DRP programs and handling retail customer pay estimates Strong proficiency in
