Collision Repair Estimator Aurora, Colorado Full-Time | $65,000-$160,000+ Per Year Confidential Hiring Opportunity A well-established, high-volume collision repair facility in Aurora, Colorado is seeking an experienced Collision Repair Estimator to join its growing team. If you understand the collision repair process from vehicle check-in to final delivery , know how to write accurate repair plans, manage supplements, communicate with insurance companies, and deliver an exceptional customer experience, we'd like to hear from you. Our facility serves customers throughout Aurora, Denver, Centennial, Parker, Green Valley Ranch, Commerce City, Englewood, Glendale, and surrounding Denver metro communities. High-volume shop with consistent year-round repair volume Established insurance and DRP relationships Modern equipment and OEM-focused repair procedures Experienced production team and supportive leadership Organized workflow designed to help estimators succeed Strong earning potential with opportunities for advancement What You'll Do Write complete and accurate repair plans using industry estimating software Perform detailed vehicle inspections and damage analysis Identify hidden damage during teardown and prepare supplements Communicate with insurance companies throughout the repair process Keep customers informed with timely repair status updates Coordinate with technicians, painters, parts personnel, and production staff Monitor repair progress and proactively resolve delays Maintain accurate repair documentation from estimate through delivery Help achieve production, quality, and cycle-time goals What We're Looking For Previous collision repair estimating experience is required Strong knowledge of blueprinting, repair planning, and supplement management Experience working with insurance claims and DRP repair processes Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple repairs simultaneously Experience using CCC ONE or similar estimating software Experience handling Progressive claims is a plus I-CAR, ASE, or OEM certifications are preferred but not required Valid driver's license preferred Compensation & Benefits $65,000-$160,000+ annually Compensation is based on experience, production, and overall performance.
