$41,600-$120,000 per year (base pay plus commission) Fix Auto La Mesa is seeking an experienced, motivated Collision Estimator to join our team. We offer a performance-based compensation package with a guaranteed base rate of $20 per hour plus commission. Successful estimators can target approximately $120,000 in annual earnings. Responsibilities Prepare accurate collision repair estimates using CCC ONE. Identify all necessary repairs in accordance with OEM procedures. Work with insurance companies on estimates and supplements. Coordinate with technicians and production management. Maintain excellent communication with customers. Ensure complete documentation and efficient repair processing. Qualifications 3+ years of collision estimating experience preferred. Proficiency with CCC ONE. Strong understanding of insurance claims and supplements. Knowledge of OEM collision repair procedures. Excellent communication and organizational skills. I-CAR certifications preferred.
