What We Offer Compensation:

$60,000 to $85,000 annual pay range, which includes base pay plus expected bonuses and incentives

Performance-Based Incentives:

Floating Coverage Bonus:

This position is based in Yucaipa and floats to other locations as needed. You receive a bonus when you cover 5 or more consecutive days in another shop location. We have 6 locations.

Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with a one-hour lunch break Occasional Saturdays due to business needs will be required Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience writing auto body collision estimates Ability to work well with technicians, other estimators, and support personnel Knowledge of current DRP guidelines for insurance carriers preferred Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and customer service skills Familiarity with industry regulations and workplace safety requirements Must have reliable transportation Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Key Responsibilities Write complete and correct estimates to repair collision damages to insurance guidelines as applicable This position is based out of Yucaipa , and the candidate must be willing to travel to any of our six locations to cover temporarily for vacations or team member estimators who are out. Mileage is reimbursed at the IRS standard mileage rate. You also receive a bonus when you cover 5 or more consecutive days in a location other than Yucaipa.
