We're hiring an experienced Collision Repair Estimator in Fort Collins for a high-volume operation with strong earning potential. If you know how to write accurate repair plans, sell the repair, work with insurance carriers, and keep vehicles moving through production , we want to hear from you. Up to 6% commission with the opportunity to earn $200,000+ annually. This is not an entry-level role. We're looking for a proven estimator who can produce. What We Want Collision repair estimating experience Strong sales and closing skills CCC ONE or similar experience Blueprinting and damage analysis skills Insurance, DRP, and supplement experience Ability to manage high repair volume Strong customer communication What We Offer Consistent repair volume, strong production support, paid training, 401(k) match, PTO, paid holidays, dental, vision, and career growth.
