Responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following:

•High Volume Center/ Best Compensation Plan in the Market Write and upload estimates including photos for customers & insurance companies Estimate cost of labor and parts to repair or replace each damaged item on an estimate Responsible for negotiating supplements with insurance companies Maintain the CCC ONE data base, manage production from start to finish and liaise with customer service representative to ensure customers are well informed about repair status Work within DRP guidelines to assess and analyze repairs and determine feasibility of repair versus replacement of parts Execute consistent and exceptional customer service Successfully achieve performance goals to support operational standards Write estimates using various platforms: ADP, CCC and Mitchell. Consistently achieves CSI goals set by company Order parts, assign techs, inspect vehicles throughout the repair process, and do a final inspection at the completion of the work for quality control. Additional duties as assigned by General Manager Requirements Attention to detail: Must be able to write a thorough estimate.
