Responsibilities Greet customers warmly, assess their vehicle needs, and provide clear explanations of recommended services Manage the entire service process from vehicle check-in to delivery, ensuring timely completion of repairs Utilize estimating software and automotive diagnostics tools to accurately assess vehicle issues and prepare detailed repair estimates Properly recommend other needed services such as oil changes, tire rotations, alignments, brakes, shocks & struts, transmissions, suspension work to maximize customer value Coordinate with technicians on repair progress, prioritize workflow, and ensure quality standards are met Maintain detailed service writing documentation and handle cash transactions accurately when necessary Communicate effectively with clients regarding repair status, costs, and timelines to foster trust and satisfaction Experience Proven automotive service management background with a strong understanding of auto repair processes Skilled in using estimating software and computer-aided vehicle damage estimating tools Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients Experience in auto estimating, sales techniques including proper recommendation of additional services or parts Knowledge of automotive repair Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; driving experience preferred Join us in delivering top-tier automotive care while enjoying a supportive culture that recognizes your talents!
