! Apply & let's set up an interview! Responsibilities Conduct thorough FREE on-site inspections to evaluate storm damage, including structural, roofing, and exterior assessments. Develop detailed damage reports and communicate findings clearly to clients, insurance adjusters, and internal teams.

Customer Consultations:

Educate Homeowners on the roofing process & BCR's services.

Insurance Support:

Assist homeowners in fling insurance claims & represent them during adjuster meetings.

Follow-Up:

Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the installation & claims process. Negotiate repair estimates and service agreements with clients while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. Collaborate with the team & management on business development strategies to expand market reach and increase revenue streams. Qualifications No experience necessary--- we train you! This isn't a complicated job at all! Prepare detailed, accurate reports with photographic evidence, documentation, & professional conclusions. Excellent negotiation, customer service, and communication skills to foster trust and loyalty with clients. Technical knowledge related to storm damage assessment, roofing systems, or construction is highly desirable. Ability to perform detailed analysis of damage reports and present clear recommendations for repairs or mitigation measures. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development.
