Job Description Assess vehicle damage, prepare repair estimates and document required repairs and parts replacement. Guide customers through the repair process, communicate with customers, insurance companies and repair teams, and ensure estimates and repairs meet insurer requirements and facility procedures. Responsibilities Inspect vehicle damage and prepare accurate repair estimates and parts-replacement documentation. Document customer interactions and update records with relevant information. Guide customers through the repair process and provide timely updates. Communicate customer needs and repair details to appropriate team members and insurance companies. Follow insurance program requirements and repair-planning procedures. Participate in production walks, safety meetings and recommended training.
