Collision Repair Estimator Omaha, Nebraska Full-Time | Up to 6% Commission | $200,000+

Your Performance Should Pay A growing, high-volume collision repair organization is seeking an experienced Collision Repair Estimator in Omaha, Nebraska. This is not an entry-level estimating position. We want an estimator who knows how to sell. You know how to earn a customer's trust, explain the repair process, overcome objections, capture the repair, build a complete repair plan, and keep the job moving from check-in through delivery. If you're already producing at a high level, your compensation should reflect it. Compensation Up to 6% commission with the opportunity to earn $200,000+ annually. Compensation is based on experience, production, performance, and the applicable compensation plan. What You'll Do Convert estimates and opportunities into scheduled collision repairs Build strong relationships with customers from the first conversation Write complete and accurate repair plans Perform detailed damage analysis and vehicle inspections Blueprint repairs and identify hidden damage Prepare, document, and manage supplements Work directly with insurance companies and adjusters Explain repair recommendations and procedures to customers Maintain consistent customer communication throughout the repair Coordinate with technicians, painters, parts, and production teams Monitor repairs and proactively address delays Maintain accurate documentation throughout the repair process Help drive sales, gross profit, cycle time, quality, and customer satisfaction What We're Looking For Previous collision repair estimating experience is required.

The ideal candidate has:

Proven collision repair estimating experience Strong sales and closing skills Ability to convert estimates into scheduled repairs Excellent customer communication skills Strong damage analysis and blueprinting knowledge Experience writing and negotiating supplements Experience working with insurance claims and DRP processes Knowledge of OEM repair procedures Experience with CCC ONE or similar estimating software Ability to manage multiple active repairs in a high-volume environment Strong organizational and follow-through skills Understanding of closing ratios, gross profit, cycle time, and production Progressive claims experience is a plus I-CAR, ASE, or OEM certifications preferred Valid driver's license preferred Why Consider This Opportunity?
