Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

AUTOBODY SHOP ESTIMATOR/OFFICE HELP

to join our dynamic collision repair team. In this role, you will be the vital link between customers, insurance companies, and our repair technicians, ensuring accurate damage assessments and smooth workflow. Your energetic approach will help drive customer satisfaction, streamline operations, and support the overall success of our auto body shop. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine estimating expertise with administrative support in a fast-paced automotive environment. Cold calling is essential when you have nothing to do.... Duties Conduct thorough vehicle damage assessments using computer-aided estimating software and manual methods to generate precise repair estimates. Communicate clearly with clients to explain repair procedures, costs, and timelines, ensuring a positive customer experience. Assist in upselling additional services Support office operations by handling customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and managing paperwork efficiently. Collaborate with technicians and parts departments to coordinate repairs and ensure timely completion of jobs. Maintain detailed records of estimates, work orders, and client communications for accurate documentation. Assist with basic administrative tasks such as cash handling, filing, and data entry to keep the office organized. Skills Strong automotive knowledge including collision repair processes is a plus..Proficiency in estimating software and computer-aided vehicle damage estimating tools. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and insurance adjusters. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and record keeping. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; driving experience preferred for client transportation or errands. Pay:
