What You'll Do Run in-home sales appointments across the Pittsburgh area Inspect basements for water intrusion, moisture, wall deflection, and foundation issues Present waterproofing and foundation repair solutions Close jobs and earn strong commissions

What We're Looking For Required:

Previous experience selling basement waterproofing and/or foundation repair Strong closer who is comfortable in homeowners' basements Ability to explain systems, drainage, and structural repairs clearly Self-motivated and reliable Valid driver's license + reliable vehicle Must live in or near the greater Pittsburgh area Compensation & Benefits High commission structure Same-day sale bonuses Monthly volume incentives Realistic earnings for experienced producers: $70k-$120k+ Owner-operated company (owners involved, not a big corporate sales team) Steady lead flow Why H&R Waterproofing We're a local Pittsburgh waterproofing company focused on quality work and honest selling.
