Job Description Asbury Automotive Group is seeking a customer-focused Body Shop Estimator for its collision repair operations. Inspect damaged vehicles, document findings, and create accurate repair estimates and plans using industry-standard estimating software. Coordinate with technicians, parts teams, customers, and insurance representatives to address supplements, clarify repair needs, and keep work moving efficiently. Explain estimates and repair timelines clearly while delivering attentive service and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicates effectively, and works collaboratively in a performance-driven environment that values integrity and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Inspect damaged vehicles and document collision damage. Prepare detailed repair estimates using estimating software and labor and parts databases. Write repair plans and supplement estimates as additional damage is identified. Coordinate with customers, technicians, insurers, parts staff, and other stakeholders. Explain estimates, repair procedures, and timelines to customers. Review completed repairs and estimates for accuracy and completeness.
