Position Summary:

The Selling Branch Manager is responsible for leading the daily operations of a staffing branch while actively developing new business and maintaining strong client relationships. This role combines team leadership with direct sales responsibilities to drive branch profitability, client satisfaction, and workforce productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in light industrial, logistics, and manufacturing sectors. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure staffing contracts. Develop strategic sales plans and manage the full sales cycle. Maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients and consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Manage the branch and it's members

Branch Operations:

Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficient fulfillment, candidate sourcing, onboarding, and compliance with company policies and labor laws. Monitor and manage KPIs including fill rate, time-to-fill, gross margin, and client retention. Implement operational procedures to ensure quality service delivery to clients and employees.

Team Leadership:

Hire, train, and coach internal staff including recruiters, coordinators, and administrative personnel. Set clear performance goals and provide regular feedback, mentorship, and accountability. Foster a positive, results-driven team culture aligned with company values.

Client & Workforce Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, resolving service issues promptly and professionally. Ensure accurate scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll processing for temporary employees. Conduct regular site visits and safety audits at client locations as needed.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in staffing or personnel services, with at least 2 years in a leadership or sales-focused role. Must be Bilingual - English and Spanish Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing profitable branch operations. Strong knowledge of employment laws and workforce compliance, particularly in light industrial staffing. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Proficiency with CRM systems, ATS platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite. Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
