We are currently seeking a Branch Supervisor to plan and manage the daily -operations and build a cohesive team within the branch. The Branch Supervisor assists with the operation and overall profitability of the branch and motivating and engaging the team. The successful candidate will meet with existing and potential members to introduce the advantages of partnering with 360 Federal Credit Union to guide them to financial independence. The Branch Supervisor will also be responsible for developing a team environment and developing strong operational skills for all of the staff. Previous Credit Union/Banking and team building experience is required. 360 Federal Credit Union is an employee friendly company.
