Every day, our team helps people living with dementia stay safe, happy, and at home, and helps their families breathe again. Our New Haven branch grew from zero to 650 weekly hours in under a year. Now we need a builder to take it to the next level and run it like an owner. No dementia or home care experience needed. If you've run a franchise, a store, a side business, or a team where you owned the results, we'll teach you the rest. What you'll do Grow the branch Spend at least 10 hours a week out in the community, building real relationships with assisted living and memory care communities, hospitals, rehabs, hospice and home health partners, and care managers Be the face of Pansy Homecare in New Haven County Work side by side with our Director of Sales on the branch's top referral partners Lead and care for your team Our caregivers are the heart of everything we do. You'll make sure they feel supported, heard, and set up to win. Hire great people, then coach them, grow them, and celebrate them Set high standards, and help every caregiver and team member reach them Match the right caregiver with the right client, so both thrive Lead the daily branch huddle and keep the team connected and moving together Take care of clients and families Be the main contact for families, and make sure every new client gets a great start Solve problems fast and keep clients with us for the long run Keep the branch fully compliant. Our standard is a 100% audit score. You'll also take turns on our after-hours on-call rotation with the other managers. Who we're looking for A builder. You've owned results, not just tasks. You know sales and business. You can win people over, and you know your numbers. You own outcomes, not hours. Some weeks the branch needs more, and you show up. You have a big heart. The families we serve are going through one of the hardest seasons of their lives. You want to be part of making it better. You can get around. A valid driver's license and a reliable car. What you get $80K to $85K base salary. A monthly growth bonus As your branch grows, your check grows. And the bigger you build it, the higher your rate climbs. Weekly hours you add . = You earn 101 to 500 = $0.30 for every weekly hour added 501 to 800 = $0.50 for every weekly hour added 801 and up = $1.00 for every weekly hour added Paid every month, for every week you hold those hours. A quarterly KPI bonus Up to $8,000 a year for hitting your goals, paid every quarter. Both bonuses begin after your first 90 days.
