Job Details:

Rymar North America is now hiring a full time Branch Manager for our Doral, FL location. The ideal candidate would have leadership, operations & sales experience.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Ensure clients/customers are followed up with and contacted in a timely fashion
• Oversee inventory management
• Receive and process customer orders
• Staff scheduling
• Process payments via POS Terminal
• Resolve any internal and external issues
• Anticipate customers needs and recommend best products accordingly
• Manage shipping and receiving operations.
• Work closely with the team to ensure warehouse operation runs smoothly and efficiently
• Provides quality service by following organization standards
• Other duties as assigned

Skills & Abilities:

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately and thoroughly
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.)
• Ability to work within a fast-paced, high volume environment
• Ability to work within a team environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)

Qualifications:

Experience:

Sales, Leadership, and Operations Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) for this position.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Extensive walking or movement, bending, and kneeling
• Ability to sit and/or stand for a full shift
