General Sales Managers & Finance Managers Responsibilities:

Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and support
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
Help the customers choose the best options for Finance and Insurance
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales / F&I Manager or similar role in the Automotive industry
Strong knowledge of loan processing, title processing, and dealership operations
Excellent math skills and contract skills
Ability to effectively negotiate and close deals
Outstanding customer service skills and ability to build rapport with clients
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Previous experience in a Dealership Managment Role
